1.As shown in the above pictures, the size of the customized corner is 88/98/108/118mm, and Zhuniu plastic wall formwork thickness is 78mm. The corner extensions after subtracting the formwork thickness are 10/20/30/40mm, respectively;
For example, column sizes of 160/170/180/190mm can be achieved by using 150mm plates to match customized corners of 88/98/108/118mm;
The column sizes of 210/220/230/240mm can be achieved by using 200mm plates to match customized corners of 88/98/108/118mm;

3. The list of 3 supporting systems was clearly listed in the previous document, but I change it below,and quote will be changed future. Please check. Regarding the bearing pressure of the support system, I used software to calculate the maximum section matching (250 * 1200mm) support. The recommended concrete pouring speed is 1.6-2V (m/h), and the maximum allowable concrete pressure is 108 KN/m ².
4.After communication with our technical personnel, wooden beams are more commonly used for reinforcing floor slabs and wall panels, and a very small number are used for reinforcing super large section columns. Due to the small cross-sectional size of your current column, it is recommended not to use H20 beams. Seeing that you have also purchased steel supports, I confirm that your H20 beams are used in conjunction with adjustable steel supports for floor reinforcement.
